企业并购绩效问题探讨 摘 要 20世纪全球经历了5次企业并购的浪潮，并购已经成为现代企业尤其是大型企业和高成长企业快速扩张和整合的重要手段之一。企业并购之后的效果如何，如何来评价并购的绩效，国内外学者从不同角度做了大量的研究，但数十年的研究至今没有一个统一的结论。本文通过对国内外学者有关企业并购绩效评价研究的重要文献，在此基础上找出企业并购绩效评价过程中存在的问题，指出了并购绩效集中于检验研究，缺乏对影响绩效评价的深层原因的探索，并对其原因进行具体的分析，最后运用了平衡计分卡的管理思想，引进了一种新的评价方法——并购计分卡。 关键字：企业并购 并购绩效 绩效评价 平衡计分卡 Abstract The 20th century whole world experienced 5 enterprise merger and acquisition tide, the merger and acquisition had already become the modern enterprise particularly Major industry and one of the high growth enterprise fast expansion and conformity important means.
