Table tennis in our hospital the status of student judges the ability to work were investigated, the results pointed out: some of the special student table tennis.Referee is not enough to master the theoretical knowledge skilled, relatively weak spot judging control, organizational competition, and fewer opportunities to participate in referee practice, this last issue to improve and enhance the corresponding measures: Make full use of the role of motivation;Increase the relevant theoretical knowledge learning enhances the ping pong special students in judging control inner emotional capacity; change the current referee teaching way, will combine the theory and practice; increasing the practice and training opportunities.
