本科毕业设计 题目： 制烟机推送机构液压系统设计 学 院: 机械自动化学院 专 业: 机械电子工程 学 号: 201105172047 学生姓名: 陈春城 指导教师: 卢云丹 日 期: 二○一五年五月  摘 要 目前,烟草行业在很多国家的经济生活中客观上占有比较重要的地位。随着生活水平的提高和科学技术的进步,越来越多的人们认识到吸烟对人体的健康危害极大。烟草行业作为一种客观存在的嗜好食品产业,立即全面禁止是不现实的作法。如何降低烟草有害成分,如何提高香烟质量是烟草行业目前面临的问题之一。 硬盒卷烟包装机作为一种生产高质量卷烟的包装设备,在目前的国内和国际市场上都有很大的市场需求。与生产机械部分的主机厂合作,我设计了一种硬盒卷烟包装机的液压系统。 本文主要针对制烟机压紧机构的液压系统部分的设计，该系统通过液压缸来完成驱动，采用液压阀来控制，电机提供动力。该液压系统主要为烟机的三种运动提供服务，即往复摆动、推出运动、压紧运动。往复摆动运动是把生产的烟分开出来，摆送到推出运动装置上，然后返回。推出运动把摆动运动送来的烟送到包装压紧装置中去，然后返回。压紧运动是把包装好的盒子压紧，然后退出，如此往复。 关键词：液压传动； 液压元件； 液压装置总体布局； 液压系统效率  Abstract At present,?the tobacco industry?occupies an important?position in?the economy of many countries?in life?objectively.?With the improvement of living standards and?the progress of science and technology,?more and more people realize?the?harm?of smoking on human health.?The tobacco industry?as a kind of?objective existence of the?hobby?food industry, immediately?banned?is not realistic?practice.?How to reduce the?harmful components of cigarette?tobacco,?how to improve the?quality of?the tobacco industry?is one of the?current problems. Hard box?cigarette packaging machine?for?packaging equipment?for producing high?quality cigarette,?has a great?market demand?in the current domestic?and?international market.?With the host?part of the production?machinery?factory cooperation,?I?design the hydraulic?system of a?hard cigarette packaging?machine. This paper mainly for hydraulic system of cigarette making machine of the pressing mechanism, part of the design, the system through the hydraulic cylinder driven, the ordinary hydraulic valve to control the motor power.
