PAGE 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 北京市蔬菜物流绩效分析 学 院 经 济 管 理 学 院 专业年级 工 商 管 理 042 姓名学号 指导教师 职 称 教 授 （ 2008 年 6 月） 中国农业大学教务处制 摘 要 为了发现和解决北京蔬菜物流供应体系的缺陷或不足，分析物流模式的演化，帮助优化和升级农业产业链，达到上游效益最大化，下游效用最大化的目标，有必要建立起合适的评价体系来考察北京蔬菜的物流供应。 本文运用计量学、统计学、经济学等多门学科知识，开展了大量的实际调研工作，采用数理统计，模型拟定等多种研究方法，并结合比较分析，实证分析等多种手段，分析和研究了北京地区蔬菜物流供应链体系的绩效问题，结果表明，“农产品供应者——批发市场——农贸市场——消费者”仍是北京蔬菜物流的主要模式。 关键字：蔬菜供应链，绩效，超市，农贸市场 Abstract In order to discover and solve the deficiencies and shortcomings of the Beijing fresh vegetables supply chain system and to analysis of the evolution of the logistics models so that to help optimize and upgrade the agricultural industrial chain， to achieve the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of the upstream and maximizing the utility of downstream，it is necessary to establish an appropriate model to evaluate the performance of Beijing fresh vegetables supply chain system. This paper use multi-discipline knowledge such as metrology，statistics，economics and others，and with a lot of practical research，using mathematical statistics，developed the model and other research methods，combined with a comparative analysis of empirical analysis，and other means，analysis of performance of Beijing fresh vegetables logistics supply chain system. The results showed that “suppliers of agricultural products - the wholesale market - a farmer’s market - consumers，“are still the main mode of vegetables logistics in Beijing.
