注塑成型缺陷与处理技术报告作者：周利锋 指导老师：潘晓彬宁波大学科学技术学院摘要：注射成型加工过程是一个包括材料、模具、注射机、成型工艺等多方面因素的复杂加工流程。注射成型制品缺陷是不能去避免的，因而我对注塑成型过程中常见的成型缺陷进行了分类，包括欠注、飞边、充填不平衡、溢边、熔接痕、波流痕、喷射痕、烧伤、焦痕、气泡、银纹、色差、白化、龟裂、表面浮纤、翘曲变形等，并从材料、模具、注塑机和工艺方面分析了缺陷产生的原因，进而提出解决措施。关键词：注塑成型；溢边；熔接痕；烧伤；喷流纹；气泡Abstract：Injection molding is a complex process involve material、mold、injection machine、processing parameters and many other factors, so the defects in injection molding products is inevitable.
