This article from the integration of national culture, drawing on Western management experience, phase angle of enterprise culture construction and other aspects of analysis, how to in the contemporary social and economic environment to create the suitable enterprise needs enterprise culture is further discussed. 摘要:如今世界经济的飞速发展,中西方经济政治文化等各方面不断交流。随着我国加入WTO,企业文化建设对企业的生存与发展起到巨大的作用、深深地影响到企业方方面面。中国的知名企业像TCL集团“尊重学识、注重才能;鼓励创新、允许失败;敬业诚信、团队协作;包容文化、兼收并蓄”就是中国企业文化建设方面的杰出代表。但是,我们也必须清楚的认识到,我国的一些企业对企业文化建设认知还存在一定的误区:例如,无文化现象,文化空想现象,全盘西化现象等,直接导致企业文化没有发挥相应作用或者没有达到管理层预期效果,从而成为一句空谈。本文通过从融合民族文化、合理借鉴西方管理经验的角度、阶段性地进行企业文化建设等方面分析,就如何在当今社会经济环境下创建适合自身企业需要的企业文化作了进一步的探讨。 关键词:企业文化,民族文化,人文关怀,企业价值 提起企业文化,有些人认
