药材道地性的物质基础本质：组分结构的独特性 张明华1,2，封 亮，胡绍英1，贾晓斌1,2* （1.江苏省中医药研究院 国家中医药管理局中药释药系统重点研究室，江苏 南京 210028； 2.江苏大学 药学院，江苏 镇江 212013) 摘要:道地药材是久经中医临床验证的中华民族的瑰宝，在中医药临床的防病治病中扮演着不可或缺的角色。道地药材具有质量佳、疗效好等优点，其根本原因是内在化学成分/组分的外在表现。经过近些年的研究，道地药材化学特征的研究与创新取得了一些可喜的成果，但依然有许多问题困惑着研究者。越来越多的研究显示，道地药材发挥上佳药效的物质基础不是其含有独特的某一化学成分，而是含有独特的化学成分/组分构成的稳定有序的结构特征。“组分结构理论”认为道地药材的物质基础是由各组分构成，各组分之间具有稳定的配伍配比关系；组分内由各活性成分之间也具有稳定的配伍配比；而单独的活性成分，本身也具有独特的三维结构。本文基于“组分结构理论”，从“三个层次多维结构”深入的阐述道地药材化学组成的独特性，为道地药材物质基础本质的研究提供新的新思路和方法。 关键词:道地药材；质量；物质基础；组分结构理论； Essence of material base in Dao-di herbs: the specificality of constituent structure Zhang Minghua1,2, Feng Liang1, Hu Shaoying1, Jia Xiaobin1,2* (1. School of Pharmacy, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013, China) Abstract: Dao-di herbs, play an indispensable role in the protection and the treatment of diseases, have been demonstrated to be the treasure in Chinese medicine clinical. With the representation of the inside chemical ingredients/components, Dao-di herbs show the better quality and curative effect which are reflected outside. Having been studied for several years, a lot of achievements were obtained in Dao-di herbs research on chemistry, however, there were also much confusion in existence. With the development of research, more and more studies revealed that it was not the characteristic chemical ingredients, but its architectural feature which was steady and well-organized in unique ingredients/components constituent that developed the better curative effect. In the study of “constituent structure theory”, the author believed the material base of Dao-di herbs were consisted of different components whose compatibility proportion relationship was optimal, so was the ingredients in components.
