摘 要 本文从保险的保障功能与融资功能和基础知识保险原理为基础，讲述了保险两大功能的相互关系，分析了我国保险行业在国民经济中起到的作用和影响因素，结合中国和国外的经济情况分析得出结论，只有发展我国的保险行业，才能更好的发挥保险的重大作用。随着社会经济的发展、科技的进步和人们风险意识的提高,保险作为一种经济保障制度,在保障经济、促进改革、稳定社会、造福人民方面发挥了重要功能,被誉为社会、经济的安全网、润滑剂和稳定器。在现代市场经济条件下,如何认识保险功能,既是一个基本理论问题,也是一个重大实践问题。经济补偿、资金融通和社会管理功能等共同构成现代保险的功能体系。具有中国特色的保险功能拓展除了一般性动因外,还存在人口老龄化、经济转轨等特殊原因。 关键词：保障功能，资金融通功能，保险赔付 Abstract This article from the insurance guarantee and financing functions and basic knowledge of insurance theory as the foundation, tells the story of the relationship of the two big functions of insurance, the insurance industry in our country are analyzed in the national economy played a role and influence of the factors, combined with Chinese and foreign economic situation analysis concludes that only the development of insurance industry in our country, in order to better play a major role of the insurance.With the progress of the development of social economy, science and technology and the promotion of peoples risk consciousness, insurance as a financial security system, has played an important function in the aspects of security, promote economic reform, social stability, for the benefit of the people, known as the social economy, the safety net, lubricant and stabilizer.
