暨 南 大 学 本科生课程论文 论文题目： 基因工程概述及利弊分析 学 院： 国际商学院 学 系： 金融工程 专 业： 金融工程 课程名称： 基因与生活 学生姓名： 符雅豪 学 号： 2012052043 指导教师： 熊江霞 曹玲惠 2013年 6月 25日 摘要 本文以基因与生活课程中第五章基因工程为主题，针对基因及基因工程的概述、基因工程的原理及技术、基因工程在生活中的应用、基因工程的利弊分析展开较为详细的阐述。 第一章主要是基因及基因工程简介，为全文的基础。 第二章主要介绍基因工程的原理、技术。基因工程的技术部分进行合理分化，深入探究了基因工程的基本工具和基因工程的基本程序。 第三章着重分析了基因工程在生活中的植物领域、动物领域及治疗领域的应用，与当今科技衔接，反映了基因与生活的紧密联系。 第四章就第三章中提及的基因工程的应用进行了利弊分析。指出了基因与生活紧密联系中的利与弊，并辩证分析了基因应用于生活存在的巨大发展空间及其发展的必要性。 关键词 基因 基因工程 基因治疗 酶 Abstract Based on genes and the fifth chapter of course genetic engineering in life as the theme, the overview of genes and genetic engineering, ,the principle and technology of gene engineering, the applications of genetic engineering, analysis of the pros and cons of genetic engineering are described on detailed in this paper. The first chapter mainly is the introduction of genes and genetic engineering, as the basis for full text. The second chapter mainly introduces the principle and technology of genetic engineering. Part of reasonable division of genetic engineering technology, delves into the basic tool for genetic engineering and genetic engineering of basic process. The third chapter focuses on analysis of genetic engineering in the field of plant, animal and treatment in the field of application, interface with todays technology, reflects the genes and life closely linked. The fourth chapter of the application of genetic engineering which are mentioned in the third chapter analyses the advantages and disadvantages. Pointed out that genes and life close relation of the advantages and disadvantages, and the dialectical analysis of the genes used in the vast development space to the life and the necessity of development.
