绵阳师范学院 本科生毕业设计（论文）题目数控直流电流源(非终稿)专业电气工程及其自动化院部物理与电子工程学院学号03姓名思密达(2@)指 导 教 师白富美答 辩 时 间二0 一 三 年 五 月工作时间： 2012年12月 至2013年5月数控直流电流源 学 生：指导教师： 摘 要：本设计以STM32单片机为控制核心，载端串联精密电阻将变化的电流转换成电压，然后经过运将微弱电压信号放大，利用STM32自带的12位AD对输出电流进行实时采样，然后利用PID算法运算、调节，最后控制DAC8568输出电压到MOS管的G极，通过控制G极的电压动态的稳定输出电流。系统主要由降压斩波电路、采样电路、显示与控制电路组成。其中降压斩波电路，直流稳压电路主要供给控制器系统供电，采样电路实时采集输出电，再由控制器分析、计算，稳定电流。igital Controlled Constant Current Source Undergraduate:--------- Supervisor: --------- Abstract: This design by STM32 microcontroller as the control core, step-down chopper TPS5430 chip as the system power supply module, ac 220 v voltage after the power transformer, rectifier, filter access step-down chopper chip, after ecompression, make the output voltage is less than 10 v. And then connect to the MOS tube and its precision of sampling resistance. Load series precision resistance will change current into a voltage, and then through the operational amplifier will weak voltage signal amplification, using STM32 own 12 AD to real-time sampling of output current, then use micro controller and the PID algorithm operation, adjustment, finally is controlled by a microcontroller DAC8568 output voltage corresponding to the MOS tube of G, G control through the voltage, the dynamic stability of output current. The system is mainly composed of a power transformer, rectifier circuit, filter circuit, step-down chopper circuit, dc voltage regulator circuit, sampling circuit, display and control circuit. The buck chopper circuit is mainly a cross-flow circuit power supply system, power supply, the control system of dc voltage stabilizing circuit main supply real-time collection and output current sampling circuit, again by the controller analysis, calculation, stable output current. Display control circuit mainly set output current size and real-time display output current value.
