EHS Management System Introduction Grace China LTD.(Minhang) EHS Organization-Committee Consist of representatives from Plant, Supply Chain, QA and HR who represent workers and management. Management Support-Frank Yang (Operations manager)Chairman-George Sun (Plant manager);Secretary-Rhett Xu (EHS engineer);Management Representatives -Cynthia Wu (HR), Antony Wang(SC), David Dai(QA), Songping Xie(Plant);Worker Representatives – 5 workers. The committee shall meet at least once a quarter. Only matters relating to EHS in the site shall be discussed at the meetings. Emergency Response Plan Emergency Events: Fire, explosion, release, medical, rescue, etc. Report: All emergency must report to EC (Emergency Coordinator) by emergency signals ASAP. EC: Has all necessary authority to commit the resources required to carry out the measures set forth in the ERP procedure.Primary-Plant Manager; First Alternate-EHS Engineer;Second Alternate- Process Engineer. Emergency Signals:a. Fire Bell: Immediate evacuation by all personnel,b. PA(Public Announcement) System: Immediate full or partial evacuation according to EC’s instructions. Emergency Response Plan Cont. Emergency Evacuation:Unless additional instructions are given by EC,all employees are to evacuate and report to the assembly area for head count. Evacuation exercises:All employees must participate in the exercises every year. Emergency Contact:Fire Fighting, Ambulance, Police, EPA, Labor. ERP Training:All employee must receive the training. EHS Inspection EHS conduct the inspection, attendees may include all employees.
