摘要 该建筑为宾馆，建筑高度为50.7米，总建筑面积约1.0万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况，根据建筑物的性质，用途，和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备，具体的给排水系统设计如下： 给水系统： 本建筑地下一层至地上二层由室外市政管网直接供水，三至十三层设有变频调速系统 和水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式；由于消火栓超过十个，需设两条引入管。.既保障了供水安全，又节约了能耗。 排水系统： 本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管，升顶通气方式，为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。 消防系统： 该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统，自动喷淋和水幕系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网呈环状布置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设地下式水泵结合器，保证消防安全可靠。商场，走廊，办公间，电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统，自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。 热水系统： 客房采用集中热水供应. 各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设，水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。 本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则，通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验，采用了合理的技术措施，使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。 关键词：给水；排水；消火栓；自动喷淋。Abstract This building is the large-scale market, the construction is highly 50.7 meters, total floor space approximately10,000 square meters.
