中小制际造业融资现状及对策研究.doc

摘 要 金融危机发端于美国金融风暴，继横扫华尔街之后，很快席卷全球,迅速向欧洲和日本等发达国家蔓延，并已波及到发展中国家。在经济全球化的背景下，中国企业也深受影响，危机中受冲击最大的当属中小制造企业，特别是那些比较单纯的生产加工企业，因为这些企业几乎处于产业链的最底层，除订单生产外几乎没有另外的生存方式。随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善，中小制造业得到迅速的发展，在调整经济结构、扩大社会就业、发展地方经济、增加财政收入等方面都发挥着重要作用。但是，当前中小制造业的发展受到资金短缺的困扰，融资困难成为我国中小制造业发展的一个主要障碍。本文通过对我国中小制造业融资困难现状的阐述，分析其融资困难的原因并提出相应的对策建议。 关键词 金融风暴；中小制造业；融资 Abstract The financial crisis starts in US financial storm, after sweeping away Wall Street, very quickly engulfs the entire world, rapidly to Europe and Japan and so on developed country spread, and has affected the developing country.
