企业现金流量的管理与预测 内容摘要 由控制资金的进出实现的，能够在一定程度上折射出一段时间内企业的经营，投资和资金筹集状况的，就是现金流量。因此，随着市场经济的发展，现金流量的管理和预测占据越来越大的比重。本篇论文主要分为六个部分，其中第一部分是论文的引言，对现有的研究成果进行了概述。接下来的部分主要针对现金流浪管理的重要性和必要性进行了论述，其中，对它的重要性进行了重点分析。第三部分浅谈当前企业对现金流量管理存在意识包若、管理目标不明确，管理制度不完善等问题。第四部分分析就现金流量管理存在的问题，如何做好对现金流量管理的措施和对策，优化现金流量的管理和预测。第五部分阐述不同性质的企业对现金流量的管理方法。第六部分通过整体现金流量逐年进行预测，建立了三个著名的预测方法，比方AR-GARCH的预测原理。 关键词 现金流量 预测 企业价值 监督体系 企业文化 控制 均值预测 波动预测 ABSTRACT By the control of funds in and out, to a certain extent, reflects the business over a period of time, investment and financing conditions, is cash flow. With the development of the market economy, therefore, cash flow management and prediction is more and more big. This paper is mainly divided into six parts, the first part of the papers introduction, the existing research results are summarized. Sixth part through the whole year forecast cash flow, established the three famous prediction method, for example, WMA enterprise overall average cash flow forecasting principle, and aR - GARCH enterprise cash flow volatility prediction principle of the three prediction methods.
