The scholarship is an important incentive. University has established many scholarship items to reward students who do well in their works and to promote general progress on their moral quality, intelligence quality, physical quality and so on. The population of students is larger and larger. The evaluation of scholarship becomes more and more difficult. In order to finish the job, a great amount of data need to be collected and dealt with. And the job is usually done manually in most university. Facing with such vast work, manual operation is inefficient and easy to make mistakes. So universities need special management information systems to handle the relevant work. This paper discusses the feasibility to establish student scholarship management system in many ways, on the basis of the requirement analysis of student scholarship management work in university.
