Coal enterprise human resources management mechanism of development, because suffer the effect of planned economy, has not been well implemented, greatly restricted the development of the coal enterprises. Therefore, the study of coal enterprise human resources management, how to effectively develop has the important theory significance and the practical significance. Based on the current development of human resources on the basis of investigation, combined with the actual circumstance of the coal enterprise, a comprehensive analysis of the coal enterprise human resources in the process of developing the existing problems and causes of human resources in coal enterprises, points out the importance and necessity of developing human resources in coal enterprises, clarify development should follow the principle, put forward to solve the problem of concrete measures, to innovation of coal enterprise human resources development mode.
