基于不同成型方式的水泥碎石对比研究 为进一步提高水泥碎石基层材料路用性能，系统对比了振动成型与静压成型设计的水泥碎石的最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、抗裂能力、弯拉强度及抗疲劳能力并采用不同成型方式下的压实度与无侧限抗压强度与现场芯样进行了对比分析研究。研究结果表明，振动成型方式设计的水泥碎石各种路用性能均有大幅度提高，振动成型设计的水泥碎石压实程度及强度与更为吻合，因此，采用振动成型设计水泥碎石基层。同时振动成型为设计高性能的级配碎石打下了坚实的基础。 道路工程；振动成型；静压成型；水泥碎石；路用性能 ：U41 ：A Comparative Stud On Cement Macadam Based On Different Molding ways Abstract: in order to improve the road performance of the cement macadam base materials, the systematic comparison researches on the maximum dry density , unconfined compressive strength, resistance to fatigue of two kinds of cement macadam, respectively designed by
