摘要 本论文是根据长春工业大学纺织教研室下达的虚拟题目设计而成，题目是《一千二百锭毛纺织厂设计》 。本论文是毛纺织厂建设的基本过程。包括厂址的选择（自然地理条件、经济技术条件）、生产品种的选择和原料的选择（纯毛麦尔登、混纺海军呢、粗纺花呢三个品种，这些品种涉及纯纺、混纺，能够满足市场需求）、工艺流程和机器选型、工艺计算、经济技术指标、劳动定员及空气调节、机器排列图、总厂区平面图等。 关键词：毛纺织厂设计、粗梳 Abstract The paper is designed under the fictitious textile of textile institute ,which is made by the Department of textile design from in Changchun University of Technology. entitled The design of one thousand two hundred spindanls woolen mill . The paper describes the construction of woolen mill, Including site selection (natural geographical conditions, economic and technological conditions), the choice of product variety and choice of raw materials (Pure nien coat ,Fabric blending woman , blend nien students three varieties, these varieties of pure spinning, blended , to meet market demand), the selection process and machinery, technology, and economic and technical indicators, labor quota and air-conditioning, machine diagram, floor plan and other plant areas.
