摘 要 为实现模具运输的自动化，现阶段对模具运输技术提出了新的要求。各企业为实现模具的自动化运输，都加大了投入，而这次设计任务针对的就是实现模具运输的自动化。为实现模具的自动推送工作，可以合理的设计模具推送小车，提高模具的运输效率。设计的模具推送小车通过在固定轨道上往返运输模具，靠液压缸的推拉作用实现模具的快速推送过程。小车结构设计紧凑，应用灵活，可广泛应用于各中小型企业生产环节，而且成本低廉，既可实现模具推送的自动化解放生产力，也可以最大限度地降低企业生产成本。小车与冲床的配套使用，更可以形成一套专业化的生产系统，实现专业化生产。并且所设计的模具推送小车也能很好地实现预期的模具推送工作，企业也可以根据自身的需要融入新的控制系统，实现更复杂的功能，满足企业自身生产需要。 关键词: 模具推送；小车；液压缸 Abstract Mold the development of transportation technology has become the precondition of power industry development ,especially the transportation of punch die ,with the required automation ,rapidness,greatly improve production efficiency and create ,more wealth.Through the push mold to push the car to realize mold ,is the mainstream trend in the development of mold transportation ,also is the direction of technology innovation .The car back and forth in a fixed orbit transportation mould ,rely on hydraulic cylinders push and pull realize the rapid and push the mold process .Compact car structure design, flexible application . can be widely used in various small and medium-sized enterprise production process ,and low cost, mold and push cocoa not only realize automation to liberate productivity , can also minimize production costs .Supporting the use of cars and punch, can form a set of specialized production system , realize specialized production. Design of the mould can push the car on the basis of the mechanical structure ,enterprises can be integrated into the advanced control system based on their own needs ,has the characteristics of strong adaptability .On the basis of not only can realize the mold delivery ,can also according to production needs to increase the car function ,meet the needs of the enterprise production.
