摘 要 土地的有效流转有利于优化土地资源配置、提高土地利用率、促进农业结构调整、增加农民收入。近年来对土地流转的研究日益增多，土地流转也在中华大地上如火如荼地发展着，但是更多的眼光都聚集在发达地区和城市周边的土地流转，忽略了占我国广大面积的贫困山区农村地区的土地流转。对经济发展较为落后的贫困山区进行农村土地流转情况的研究有利于探寻土地集约化经营及促农增收的良方，有利于推动我国整体的土地流转大发展，对我国农业经济的发展具有极大的推动作用。 本文着眼于贫困山区农村的土地流转研究，采用文献资料法，查阅了许多关于土地流转以及农村土地流转的专家的资料论文，在这些资料的研究成果上，对比了贫困山区农村和普通农村、城市周边土地流转的差异，通过分析贫困山区农村土地流转的现状，总结了贫困山区农村土地流转面临的问题，最后探讨了解决这些问题的对策。为促进贫困山区农村地区的土地流转，提高农民收益，提出了一些建议。 关键词：贫困山区农村；土地流转；问题；对策 ABSTRACT The effective transfer of land is conducive to optimizing the allocation of land resources, improving land use efficiency, promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure, increasing farmers income. In recent years, the study of land transfer is increasing, the land transfer is in full swing, but more and more eyes are gathered in the developed regions and cities around the land transfer, ignoring the vast areas of rural areas in poor mountainous areas of rural land transfer.
