近红外线胶水活化机项目可行性研究报告 1立项的背景和意义 我国在“十一五”规划纲要中，政府第一次将“单位GDP能耗降低20%，主要污染物排放总量减少10%。”作为两项约束性“硬指标”列入发展目标。从目前的形势看，国家对节能、治理污染的决心比以往任何时候都大。目前我国经济增长过度依赖能源资源消耗，造成环境污染严重，束缚了国民经济的进一步向前发展的步伐,已引起国家领导的高度重视。2007年8月1日温州市人民政府在市人民大会堂召开了《温州市民营企业科技创新推进大会》,旨在表彰企业对温州市经济发展作出贡献的同时再一次明确推进企业是技术创新的主体，加强我市节能、降耗的步代。 温州是我国三大鞋都中最具活力、最有发展前途的城市之一，有各种制鞋企业6～7千家，产值300多亿元，占全国30％强，并在不断发展、扩大之中。其中上规模的约有5千家左右，用电量很大，每到夏天季节，更使电网不堪重负，造成我市频频拉闸停电，影响居民和企业的正常生活和生产。我公司开发的红外线胶水活化机比现在鞋厂在用的设备节电30%（7.2kW?h）左右，且对环境没有污染，产生很大的节电效益。以我市上规模5000家，每个鞋厂平均有三条生产线计算，每小时节电达10.8万度（7.2×3×5000＝108000）。而一个温州珊溪电站总装机容量只有480万度，平时发电量应考虑到水源关系控制在60～70万度左右，如全市鞋厂均使用我公司生产的红外线胶水活化机，节电量相当于珊溪水库的发电量（108000×8＝864000），或相当于再造一个珊溪水库，具有明显的节电、降耗效果，有利于我市加速实现“十一五”规划纲要中提出的目标。 2国内外研究现状和发展趋势 现在工业中很多生产工艺都需要加热，比如: 干燥、成形和固化。红外线热能堪称智能型热能， 因为和传统的对流或接触型加热方式相比， 它具有明显的优势。 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
