摘要 本工程为鞍山市湖南区宾馆, 位于鞍山市园林西路，建筑基地地形为矩形，面积为6080平方米。 本工程占地面积约1230平方米，建筑面积5870.1平方米。本建筑主体为五层，总高度21.00米，室内外高差为0.45米，女儿墙高0.9米。建筑采用一形，总长度为54.6米，总宽度为20.3米。建筑立面规整，采用灰色涂料装饰外墙，女儿墙用钢筋混凝土浇筑，墙体一律采用空心砖砌筑。窗均采用塑钢窗。 本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30，首层柱子截面为700700 mm，其余层柱子截面为600600 mm，框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30，纵向框架梁截面为3507000 mm,横向框架梁截面为300600 mm，次梁截面尺寸均为200400 mm。 设计严格遵守我国现行规范，计算中包括地震荷载计算，风荷载计算, 内力组合，框架梁设计, 框架柱设计, 基础设计，楼板设计, 楼梯设计。 关键词：框架梁 柱下独立基础 钢筋混凝土  Abstract This project is the hotel of Hunan District of Anshan City, located in Anshan City Garden West Road, the building base terrain is rectangular, an area of 6080 square meters. This engineering structure form for reinforced concrete now RC frame structure, strength grade of concrete frame column is C30, the first layer of the column section for 700700 mm, the remaining layers of the column section to 600600 mm, the frame beam concrete strength grade C30, longitudinal frame beam is 3507000 mm and transverse frame beam section is 300-600 mm, times the size of beam section are for 200 to 400 mm. Strict compliance with the design of the current code of our country, the calculation including the calculation of earthquake load, wind load calculation, internal force combination, the design of the frame beam, column design, foundation design, floor design, stair design.
