摘 要 仓储管理是现代物流管理的重要环节，是对仓库及仓库内的物资所进行的管理，是企业为了充分利用自己所具有的仓储资源提供高效的仓储服务所进行的计划、组织、控制和协调的过程。随着我国经济的快速发展，仓储管理在企业中的重要性越来越凸显，在现代物流业中所居的地位也越来越高。 抚顺顺丰快递公司的仓储管理在公司的正常运营中起着不可或缺的作用，尽管抚顺顺丰快递公司已越来越重视仓储管理，但与本行业其他快递公司的仓储管理相比仍有不足。本文通过研究抚顺顺丰快递公司的仓储管理现状并分析，以及与同行业其他快递公司的仓储管理进行比较，找出顺丰快递仓储管理存在的主要问题，并给出相应建议。发现抚顺顺丰快递公司仓储管理的不足，并提出相应改进策略，促使抚顺顺丰快递公司获得更好的发展。对于顺丰快递公司更好的管理货物，降低成本，获取更高的利润，在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势，具有一定的借鉴价值和指导意义。 关键词：仓储管理；顺丰快递；降低成本 Abstract Warehouse management is an important part of modern logistics management, warehousing and storage is carried out within the material management is the enterprise in order to make full use of their own resources to provide efficient with warehousing warehousing services for planning, organization, control and coordination process.
