高新技术企业融资问题浅析 摘要： 在我国市场经济迅速发展的今天，高新技术企业对经济的增长有着重大的带动作用，我国“十七大”报告明确指出：提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家，这是国家发展战略的核心，是提高综合国力的关键。“十一五”计划更是把发展高新技术企业作为经济结构调整和产业升级的重要手段。但高新技术企业高投入、高风险、无形资产比重过高的特征使其面临严重的资金短缺约束，融资难的“瓶颈”严重制约了企业的发展。有鉴于此，本文试图对高新技术企业融资过程中存在的问题做一系统研究，以期对解决我国高新技术企业融资问题起到一定的作用。 文章首先对高新技术企业的定义及其特征做了界定，并阐述了与企业融资相关的一些概念。第二部分主要分析了高新技术企业的融资现状，指出现阶段我国高新技术企业融资结构不合理，并且内、外源融资困难。第三部分则从高新技术企业自身、市场体系、政府的支持力度三个方面阐述了高新技术企业融资难的一些原因。文章最后针对各种原因提出相应的对策。 关键字： 高新技术企业，融资现状，原因，对策 Analysis of the financing of high-tech enterprises Abstract： In the rapid development of Chinas market economy today, the high-tech enterprises has a major role in promoting to the economic growth. It was explicitly pointed out in the report of Chinas National Congress: improving the ability of independent innovation, and the building of an innovation-oriented country, it is the core of the national development strategy, and is the key to improve the comprehensive national strength. “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” even takes the development of high-tech enterprise as an important means of economic structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. However, high-tech enterprise has the characteristics of high input, high-risk, high-yield and so on, which make it face severe constraints of funding shortfall, the bottleneck of difficulties in financing has seriously hampered the development of enterprises, In view of this, this article attempts to doing a systematic study about the problems in the process of high-tech corporate’s financing, with a view to having played a role in resolving the problem of high-tech enterprises’ financing in China. The article first makes a definition of high-tech enterprises and its characteristics, and then describes some concepts associated with corporate finance. The second part mainly analysises the financing status of high-tech enterprises, points out the problems in Chinas high-tech enterprise financing structure unreasonable, and its difficult financing from the inside
