PAGE 编号：1229120163 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目：高速公路项目BOT融资方式中存在的问题及对策研究 ——以沪陕高速公路为例 系 院：经济管理系 学生姓名：陈吉恒 学 号：0829120163 专 业：国际经济与贸易 年 级：2008 指导教师：赵健 职 称：副教授 完成日期：2012年5月1日 摘 要 近年来BOT项目投资模式作为一种新型的高速公路投融资建设管理模式，有力的解决了我国高速公路建设快速发展所需的巨大资金缺口,实现了高速公路建设的跨越式发展，但是在项目建设过程中还是出现了许多障碍。 本文以沪陕高速公路项目为例，参阅相关书籍与互联网上的知识获得理论基础，通过访谈法、信息研究法、经验总结法等得到第一手资料，然后结合BOT融资的相关知识，对该高速公路项目在实施过程中从法律上、风险上、观念上、渠道上进行分析，找出问题所在。以期实现在我国高速公路建设中的顺利推广及应用BOT项目融资方式，促进我国高速公路建设的顺利发展。 关键词：高速公路；BOT；融资模式 Abstract In recent years,as a new highway investment and financing construction management model, BOT project investment patterns makes a powerful solution to the rapid development of the huge funding gap of highway construction in China and achieves leapfrog development of highway construction, but there are still many obstacles in the developing process. Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway project, for example, refering to the books and knowledge on the Internet to obtain the theoretical basis, through the interview, Information Studies and summarizing experience to obtain first-hand information, and then combined with the knowledge of the BOT financing to analyze the high-speed highway projects in the implementation process from the legal, risk, ideas, channels and to identify the problems. In order to achieve a smooth promotion and application of BOT project financing in the highway construction in China,to promote the smooth development of Chinas highway construction.
