上罩塑件注射模设计 系 别 机械工程系 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 负责教师 2016年6月 摘 要 从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。设计一副注塑模具来生产上罩塑件产品，以实现自动化提高产量。针对上罩的具体结构，该模具是侧浇口的单分型面注射模具。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到上罩的质量和加工工艺要求。 具体设计为：材料选用ABS；注射机选用SZ-200/60。型芯型腔分别安装在定模固定板和动模固定板上，型腔分别位于型腔板的上、下面上；分流道设在型腔板两端面上；选用导柱导向机构；下层的塑件通过顶针推动顶针固定板从型芯上脱出，上层的塑件通过拉料板使其从型芯上脱出，通过侧向联动开模机构实现脱模。 关键词：上罩 浇注系统 注塑模 分型面 Abstract Process from the product structure,?the specific structure of the mold,?the casting mold system,?mold forming part of the structure,?the top out of the system,cooling system,?the choice of injection molding machines and?related parameters of the check,?there are detailed design.?Through the entire design?process that the mold can achieve the?required pieces of plastic processing technology.Design?of an injection mold to produce?cover?plastic products,?in order to realizethe automation of production.?According to the concrete?structure?on the?cover,the?mold is the?side gate of the single type of?injection mold.?Through the die design that?the die to?the quality and processing requirements?to?the upper cover.
