摘要 本文主要以继嘉亚麻纺织公司为例，对纺织企业的存货管理现状进行分析，并对存货周转率以及其他因素进行研究分析，进一步了解该企业的管理现状，分析与产生存货管理问题相关的因素，进而对改善企业管理提出自己的观点和意见，为继嘉亚麻纺织公司的发展尽一份绵薄之力。 关键字：纺织公司 存货管理 存货管理问题分析 Abstract The rapid development of economic globalization, many traditional industries to bring unprecedented impact, especially on rooted traditional textile industry.
