题目： 江苏省高技术企业技术创新能力评价分析 姓名/学号 尹志源 专业班级 工商管理2011－2015 指导教师 惠树鹏 完成日期 2014年11月28日 经济管理学院 2015年6月兰州江苏省高技术企业技术创新能力评价分析 摘要 本文以江苏省高技术企业总体和五大高技术行业为研究对象，以技术创新投入能力、研究开发能力、技术创新产出能力与消化吸收能力为构成要素，构建了江苏省高技术创新能力评价指标体系；并运用因子分析法，分别对江苏省高技术企业总体的技术创新能力和五大高技术创新能力进行了实证分析。结果显示：2044至2011年江苏省高技术企业总体技术创新能力呈现增长态势，而且增长幅度较大。同时，影响五大高技术行业技术创新能力的因素各不相同。但总体来看技术创新投入能力是对江苏省高技术创新能力影响最大的因子，技术创新研究开发能力是导致江苏省高技术企业创新能力提升的主要因子。 关键词 高技术企业 技术创新能力 因子分析法Abstract In this paper, high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province in general and five high-tech industry as the research object, technology and innovation investment capability, research and development capabilities, technological innovation output capacity and absorption capacity of the constituent elements constructed Jiangsu Province high-tech Innovation Index system; and the use of factor analysis, respectively, the overall technological innovation capability and five high-tech innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the empirical analysis. The results show: 2044-2011 high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the overall technical innovation capability showing growth, and greater growth. Meanwhile, the five factors that affect the high-tech industry technology innovation capability vary. Overall, however, investment in technological innovation capability of high-tech innovation ability is the most influential factor in Jiangsu Province, technological innovation research and development capabilities leading to high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province to enhance the innovation capacity of the main factors.
