题 目 某造纸废水处理工艺设计 学生姓名 李延伟 学号 1111044030 所在学院 陕西理工学院化学与环境科学学院 专业班级 环境工程专业1101班 指导教师 刘 瑾 2015年 6 月16日  某造纸废水处理工艺设计 作者：李延伟 （陕西理工学院化学与环境科学学院环境工程专业1101班，陕西 汉中 723000） 指导教师：刘瑾 [摘要]本设计是针对3500m3/d的某造纸废水处理工艺设计，进水水质为：COD：1000-2000mg/L，BOD5：200-400mg/L，SS：200-600mg/L，pH：6-9。通过对该造纸厂中段废水的水量的水质等特点的分析，结合该种废水的处理工艺，对厂的环境卫生要求及本工程的具体要求采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺为核心的处理工艺，本设计使用的污水处理工艺流程为：格栅——调节池——絮凝沉淀池——水解酸化池——卡鲁塞尔氧化沟——二沉池——污泥浓缩池——污泥脱水间。其出水水质：COD：66.3mg/L，BOD5：18.4mg/L，SS：15.4mg/L，pH：6-9。达到GB3544-2008《造纸工业水污染排放标准》的要求排放标准。本设计流程技术成熟、切合实际、运行可靠、操作管理简单、运行费用低、占地面积小。 [关键词]卡鲁塞尔氧化沟；COD；BOD；SS  Process Design of A Papermaking Wastewater Treatment Li Yanwei (Grade11,Class1,Environment Engineering,College of Chemical Environment Science,Shaanxi University of Technology, Hanzhong 723000,Shannxi) Tutor:Liu Jin Abstract:The design of a paper wastewater treatment process design for 3500m3/d, the influent water quality is: COD:1000-2000mg/L, BOD5:200-400mg/L, SS:200-600mg/L, pH:6-9.
