摘要 Abstract Mold the development of transportation technology has become the precondition of power industry development ,especially the transportation of punch die ,with the required automation ,rapidness,greatly improve production efficiency and create ,more wealth.Through the push mold to push the car to realize mold ,is the mainstream trend in the development of mold transportation ,also is the direction of technology innovation .The car back and forth in a fixed orbit transportation mould ,rely on hydraulic cylinders push and pull realize the rapid and push the mold process .Compact car structure design, flexible application . can be widely used in various small and medium-sized enterprise production process ,and low cost, mold and push cocoa not only realize automation to liberate productivity , can also minimize production costs .Supporting the use of cars and punch, can form a set of specialized production system , realize specialized production. Design of the mould can push the car on the basis of the mechanical structure ,enterprises can be integrated into the advanced control system based on their own needs ,has the characteristics of strong adaptability .On the basis of not only can realize the mold delivery ,can also according to production needs to increase the car function ,meet the needs of the enterprise production.
