Using the method of GB/T8573-1999 to preparation of effective phosphorus sample and water-soluble phosphorus sample，I utilized volumetric method of ammonium phosphomolybdate, phosphomolybdic quinoline volumetric method and spectrophotometry method to determine the effective phosphorus and water-soluble phosphorus content in the fertilizer in this project. Through the above comparison of three methods of error analysis to explore the volumetric method is most suitable for application of method of determination of phosphorus in chemical fertilizer.
