本 科 毕 业 论 文 循环经济上市公司资本结构影响因素 实证研究Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Circular Economy Listed Companies? 学 院： 商学院 专业班级： 财务管理 财务101 学生姓名： 张喜超 学 号： 061003136 指导教师： 肖侠（教授） 2014年5月 毕业论文中文摘要 循环经济上市公司资本结构影响因素实证研究 摘 要：循环经济上市公司在我国的经济发展中发挥着极为重要的意义，循环经济上市公司的健康、持续发展，不仅是促进资源永续利用，保障国家经济安全的重大战略，而且是防治污染、保护环境的重要途径。资本结构是企业财务状况的一项重要指标，本文通过对循环经济上市企业进行现状分析，再对其资本结构影响因素进行实证分析。 本文主要分为五个部分。第一部分是引言部分，介绍本文的研究背景和意义、内容及方法；第二部分为文献回顾；第三部分是循环经济上市公司现状分析；第四部分对影响循环经济上市公司资本结构的因素进行实证分析。第五部分是对循环经济上市企业资本结构实证结果提出改进对策。 关键词：资本结构；循环经济上市公司毕业论文外文摘要 Empirical Research on Factors Influencing Capital Structure of the Circular Economy Listed Companies? Abstract：Circular economy of listed companies in our countrys economic development plays an extremely important significance of circular economy healthy and sustainable development of listed companies, is not only promote the sustainable utilization of resources, significant strategic safeguard national economic security, and is an important approach to prevent and control pollution, protect the environment. Capital structure is an important indicator of corporate financial status, this article through the analysis about the present situation of listed companies to circular economy, and its capital structure influence factor is the empirical analysis. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, introduced in this paper, the research background and significance, content and methods；The second part is literature review； The third part is the description on the present situation of the capital structure of listed companies of recycle economy；The fourth part is the influential factors of the recycling economy capital structure of listed companiesThe fifth part is listed companies capital structure empirical results of circular economy put forward improvement measures.
