四川省中小企业国际化路径分析专业：国际经济与贸易 学生： 指导老师:摘 要近些年来，随着经济全球化程度的不断加深，越来越多的中小企业开始向海外拓展，走上了国际化的道路，中小企业在全世界绝大多数地区都扮演着十分重要的角色，同时，中小企业也成为国民经济的重要组成部分。伴随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的建立、中国加入WTO和我国西部大开发战略的实施，四川省中小企业的发展面临着机遇，也面临着挑战。四川省中小企业的国际化发展有利于促进经济增长，缩小地区差异，促进就业，但目前面临的融资难等问题也严重制约了其健康发展。本文首先阐述了中小企业和中小企业国际化的概念，然后通过对四川省中小企业发展概况的研究，分析了四川省中小企业国际化的五种基本路径，接着指出了中小企业在国际化过程中存在的问题，最后针对其存在的问题，提出了完善四川省中小企业国际化路径的对策建议。关键词：中小企业 国际化 路径Pathstudy of the internationalization of small-medium enterprises in Sichuan provinceMajor: internationalEconomics and trade Student: Supervisor:AbstractIn recent years, with the development of economic globalization, more and more small-medium enterprises started to expand to overseas, their business become international.
