东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号： 城市移民的适应性及社工专业介入 学生姓名：张蕊 指导教师：王尧 所在院系：文法学院 所学专业：社会工作 研究方向：社会工作 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2016年6月 Northeast Agricultural University Bachelor Degree Paper Register Number: Adaptability of urban migrants and professional intervention of social workers Candidate：Supervisor：Faculty：Humanities And Major：SocWork Specialty：Soc Work Northeast Agricultural University Harbin China June 2 摘要 虽然“城市化热”已经逐渐降温，但是其留下的余热也依然无法轻易消散，每年依然会出现大量的城市移民。从故土来到异乡，随着生活环境的改变，城市移民的心理也要经历一系列的变化。在变化过程中不可避免的会遇到各种各样的问题，社工专业的介入可以帮助城市移民解决可能遇到的问题，促进社会发展。本文首先简要介绍了城市移民的相关概念，包括城市化、城市移民和社会适应性的概念，以帮助更好的理解正文中所提到的内容。其次，本文简单分析了城市移民在城市生活过程中可能遇到的问题和困难，主要涵盖了四个领域，分别是经济领域、社会领域、文化领域和心理领域，这四个领域可以基本概括出城市移民在新地域所发生的变化。最后，将城市移民的适应性问题与社工专业联系起来，运用社工专业方法针对城市移民适应性问题提出可能践行的解决方案。主要集中与四种方法：社会行政方法，社区工作方法，小组工作方法和个案工作方法，从这四种主要途径入手再依次提出具体的解决方案。但是，城市移民适应性问题不是一蹴而就的，要想彻底解决这类的问题，还需要整个社会共同的努力。 关键词：城市移民；社会适应性；社会工作专业 Adaptability of urban migrants and professional intervention of social workers Abstract Although the urbanization has been gradually cooling, but the residual heat is still not easily dissipated, there will still be a large number of urban immigrants each year. From home to a foreign land, along with the change of living environment, city immigrant psychological have experienced a series of changes. In the process of change will inevitably encounter a variety of problems, the involvement of social workers can help urban migrants solve problems that may be encountered, and promote social development. This paper first briefly introduces the concept of urban migration, including the concept of urbanization, urban migration and social adaptability, in order to help better understand the content mentioned in the text.
