人员、车辆、物资出入库管理制度 目的范围 适用于内蒙古普凡生生物科技有限公司。 职责 内容 5.1 出入人员、车辆及物资的范围 5.1.1 人员：公司员工、外部来访人员。 5.1.2 物资包括：公司的产成品、半成品、各种原料、包材、配辅料、生产设备、办公设备，其它物资。 5.1.3 所有人员及载客车辆一律由公司西门进出，载货车辆由北门进出。 5.2 公司员工佩带员工未佩带时，卫人员需查明身份方可进入。员工陪同亲友进入厂内时，亦须办理入厂登记手续凡来（包括协作企业人员，其他单位人员、员工亲友等）进入厂内时，一律在室办理来宾出入登记手续，说明来访事由，经征得受访人员同意后，领取进入厂内，并依下列规定使用：（1）应佩挂于胸前。（2）团体来参观时，须由陪同方可进入。本公司或协作企业员工进入本厂时，亦须办理入厂登记手续。协作企业人员出入厂区频繁者，由申请协作企业人员，凭证出入大门。没有证必须办理登记方可进入。来出入厂区时，保卫人员须检查其随身携带的物品，严禁携带危险物品进入严禁外界推销人员或小贩进入厂内。车辆部门核发的道路运输证（须加盖道路危险货物运输专用章）交通主管部门核发的营业性道路运输驾驶员（危险货物运输）从业资格证参考或引用文件 N/ A armed Marx doctrine of Chinese consciously use the latest achievements of the armed minds, guiding practice, and promote the work.
