井冈山干部学院论文:中国井冈山干部学院人力资源管理研究
【中文摘要】党的十七大提出要“继续大规模培训干部,充分发挥党校、行政学院、干部学院的作用,大幅度提高干部素质”。各级干部教育培训机构,要按质按量完成党交给的光荣使命,必须根据时代的发展变化,创新培训内容和方式方法,不断提高培训的针对性和实效性。要做到这一点,必须以建设一支“素质优良、规模适当、结构合理、专兼结合”的教师队伍为基本前提。本研究在实地调查基础上,力求理论探讨和实证分析相结合。本文通过了解国内外干部教育培训机构教师队伍建设的研究现状,借鉴和汲取已经取得的研究成果,结合中国井冈山干部学院教师队伍建设的实践,对干部教育培训机构人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题进行了分析和研究,指出教师队伍建设是干部教育培训机构人力资源管理的核心问题,教师队伍建设重要的是对师资政策、战略规划、激励、培训等方面工作的加强,由此提出了国家级干部教育培训机构人力资源管理开发的相关对策。
【英文摘要】The 17th national congress of the CPC declared that “The party will continue large-scale cadre-trainings, make full use of the party schools, administrative institutes, cadre institute, and greatly improve the diathesis of cadre’s quality”. In order to accomplish this glorious mission, the cadre-training institutions of all levels, must innovate training contents and methods, and constantly improve the training pertinence and effectiveness according to the development. In order to achieve this, they must build a teacher team which “have qualified diathesis, appropriate scale, reasonable structure, and combination with full-time and part-time teachers” as the basic premise.This research struggles to combine the theoretical study with the empirical analysis on the basis of the field investigation. This article firstly make research on the current structures of the teachers’team in the native and foreign cadre-training institutions, secondly make reference and absorb the existed research achievement, with the analysis of the achievements in the construction of teachers’ team of CELAJ, and in the last, it analyzes and studies cadre-training institutions on the present situation of human resource management, discusses on the existing problems.
