12 T汽车起重机起升机构设计 摘要 起重设备是用于起重机械的材料，运输，搬运和安装机械。它可以完成由人类行为不能完成的材料处理，以减轻人们的身体疲劳和提高生产效率，在工厂，港口，建筑工地，水电领域和其他行业一直被广泛的应用，随着生产规模的增加，特别是各种各样的现代化，专业化的生产需求，各种特殊用途的起重机已在许多重要的领域生产应用，不仅在生产，辅助机械的过程中，而且已成为流水作业生产线,国民经济发展机械和设备建设的关键起到了积极的推动作用。 汽车起重机是装在普通汽车底盘或特制汽车底盘上的一种起重机，其行驶驾驶室与起重操纵室分开设置，其优点是机动性好，转移迅速。缺点是工作时需支腿，不能负荷行驶，也不适合在松软和泥泞的场地上工作。本次设计的内容是12吨汽车起重机，本文讨论了汽车起重机的整体设计，主要设计起重机的一部分，包括起重机、起重机起升机构、变幅机构、回转机构设计,通过分析各种组件来完成的整体设计起重机。 关键字：起升机构 ；变幅机构； 回转机构；支腿； Abstract Lifting equipment is used for lifting materials, transportation, handling and installation of machinery. Mobile crane is a kind of crane that is set on common mobile Chassis whose cab is not together with control room. It do well in moving easily but it cant move when moving and it also cant work at soft place. The content of the design is 12T truck crane ,This article discusses the overall design of truck crane, mainly picking up on the crane part of the design, including the crane, cranes, luffing mechanism, hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism design, through analysis of the various components to to complete the overall design of a crane.
