绵阳师范学院 本科生毕业论文 题 目 大学生创业意识的比较研究 —以绵阳市三所不同类型高校为例 专 业 社会工作 院 部 法学与社会学院 大学生创业意识的比较研究 —以绵阳市三所不同类型高校为例 摘 要：从“创业”一词的火热，到对创业意识的积极关注，映射出大众对待创业理性程度的逐渐提高。大学生作为就业和创业大军中备受关注的群体，他们的创业意识又呈现出如何的现状呢？本研究通过对绵阳市大学生创业意识的调查，在已往研究的基础上，系统对比分析了不同学校类型、年级、科类、性别之间大学生创业意识的现状和差异。研究发现大学生对创业的理解层次较高，且对大学生创业持积极支持的态度，其中师范类院校的学生较综合类大学、高等职业技术类院校的学生持更积极支持的态度；男大学生又高于女大学生；理科学生高于文科学生。大学生创业存在强动机与弱实践的矛盾，创业泡沫仍然存在，且在不同学校、年级、性别、科类之间表现出一定差异。大学生创业倾向性明显，主要目的是挑战自我和获取财富。大学生对创业的理解程度以及应对风险的能力均有所提高。研究还从趋-避型冲突结构的效价、向量、运动、生活空间场四个要素的角度出发，就如何提高大学生创业意识，促进大学生合理创业提供了对策和建议。 关键词：大学生 创业意识 趋-避冲突 A Comparative Study of University Students Innovative Undertaking Consciousness ---------- Take Mianyang Three Different Type Universities as the Example Undergrduate:ChenXiaojuan Supervisor: ZhangXing Abstract:This research through to Mianyang university students innovative undertaking consciousnesss investigation, in the foundation which previously studied, the system analysis contrasted the different school type, the grade, between the branch class, the sex to start an undertaking consciousness present situation and the difference, and from hastened - evades the conflict structure the titer, the vector, the movement, life space field four essential factor angle embarking, how to raise the university students innovative undertaking consciousness, promoted the university student to start an undertaking reasonably has provided the countermeasure and the suggestion.
