本科生毕业论文（设计） 处理量6万吨/日城市生活污水处理厂初步设计 the preliminary design of Capacity of 60000 tons/day city life sewage treatment plant 摘 要 设计的主要任务是瑞金市污水处理厂的设计，设计近期规模为60000m/d，远期为90000m/d，根据瑞金市污水排放状况，结合该城市的实际情况和发展前景，拟采用三沟式氧化沟工艺对该城市生活污水进行综合处理。这种氧化沟的特点是二沉池与曝气池合建，其中两沟交替作曝气区和沉淀区。这种系统简化了流程，可以节省基建和运行费用，操作方便，氧化沟出水方便，溢流堰的启闭以及曝气转刷的开动与停止都可以实现自动化控制。本工艺采用交替式氧化沟，而三沟合建T型氧化沟更能体现交替工作的优点，提高了出水水质效果，较DE型氧化沟要好。 该工艺不仅可达到去除BOD5、CODcr、SS的目的,而且可以达到生物脱氮除磷的目的.其突出的性能特点是占地面积少，基建费用底，操作简单，运行稳定，易于维护管理，处理效果稳定可靠,出水水质好。 设计结果表明：污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的二级标准。 关键词：城市污水 三沟式氧化沟工艺 脱氮除磷 工艺设计 Abstract The main task of the design is the design of the sewage treatment plant in Ruijin City, the design of the recent scale of 60000/d, forward 90000/ d, according to the situation of Ruijin City sewage discharge, combined with the actual situation and development prospects of the city, the proposed three-groove typeoxidation ditch process the municipal sewage treatment.
