On The Soft Scientific Method in the Management Science —The methodology of the system management Wang Jian Agricultural University of Hebei，College of Economy and Trade Abstract Nowadays the Management Sciences Methodologies that produced in economic management practices presented as one of mainstreams development trend, which is usually divided into hard and soft parts. Firstly, this paper has carried on the helpful discussion to the formulation and development of this concept, and has introduced the production and development of soft science in China. Secondly, according to the complexity and the systematic concept, it takes complexity and complex system as one of the mains research object of soft science, at the same time, it has probed into the theory of entropy application in studying the complex system management. Especially through the relation between the corresponding distributed variance and the criterion of the relevant maximum information entropy, the corresponding relation between entropy and risk that can be set up in administrative system. In order to solve a kind of complex systematic problem, it studied and opened up a way to the managing risk analysis. Keyword: Soft Science; Methodology of Management Science; Maximize the Entropy of the Information; Dissipative Structure. 论管理科学中的“软科学方法” —系统管理的方法论 王 健 河北农业大学经济贸易学院 071001 摘 要 经济管理实践中产生的管理科学方法论（Management Sciences Methodologies）在当今世界所呈现的一个主流发展趋势是把管理科学方法分为“硬”的和“软”的。本文首先对这一概念的产生和发展进行了有益的探讨，并介绍了软科学在中国的产生和发展。其次针对复杂性及其系统概念，把复杂性科学和复杂系统纳入软科学的主要研究对象之一，探讨了熵的理论在研究复杂系统管理中的应用。尤其是有关最大信息熵的准则与相应分布的方差之间的关系，可以用来建立管理系统的熵与风险之间的对应关系，为解决一类与管理风险分析有关的复杂系统问题研究开辟了一条途径。 关键词：软科学 管理科学方法论 最大化信息熵 耗散结构 一、引 言 近年来，管理实践中产生的管理科学方法论（Management Sciences Methodologies，MSM），在世界上呈现出一个新的主流发展趋势就是把管理科学方法分为“硬”的和“软”的。英国曼彻斯特都市大学（Manchester Metropolitan University）的Alberto Paucar-Caceres教授，曾针对这一发展形势对两个具有不同管理和文化传统的国家，英国和西班牙进行了问卷调查[1]。 管理科学方法论的这种发展形势同样于20世纪70年代后期到90年代初在中国出现了，并对中国管理科学和决策科学的发展产生了深刻的影响。中国软科学研究会于1994年12月23日正式成立，199
