With the development of our national economy, enterprise credit problems, credit restrict the development of the enterprise, the enterprises international competitiveness. Therefore, the study of Chinese enterprises in China, analyses the credit problems of enterprise credit construction of basic methods and ideas is at present in our country enterprise needs to solve urgent task. This paper is divided into five chapters, first and second chapter basically to credit the business activities in its role is expounded, and introduces the general theory of enterprises credit construction, and analyzes the necessity of credit construction enterprises and important meaning. The third and fourth chapter basically is at present in our country enterprise credit status and existing problems of the paper also causes are analyzed, and based on this, advances a series of enterprises credit construction, improving relevant measures. The fifth chapter mainly analyses the government departments and other organizations in enterprise credit construction processes.
