论康源蓝宝石护肤系列研究方法与思路 北京神农康源药物研究中心 姚九莲 （100071） 摘 要 根据人体、中医、中药的理论，美容保健品的开发研究是一项系统工程，它需要医学、药学、药化、药理、本草考证等多方面的专业技术人员共同协作攻关。因此，我们神农康源药物研究中心以军事医学科学院为后盾，研究、揭示衰老的机理，解开皮肤衰老的多种因素，从外用和内服两个给药途径研制出一些最佳的剂型，开发出一系列的作用可靠、安全、方便的新一代美容保健品，以适合现代人追求健康、美丽、青春常驻心愿。 关键词：衰老，自由基，中医药理论，康源蓝宝石护肤系列 ，美容，美容保健品。 1 运用中西医理论研究皮肤老化的生理机理 1.1 生命科学与人体健康的关系 The Discussion of Research Method and Think of Kang Yuan Sapphire Protection Skin Series Yao Jiulian, Beijing Shen Nong Kang Yuan Institute Medical Research (100071) Abstract:According to the theory of the human bodies, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese material medical, the development and research of cosmetic health protection products is a systematic engineering, the engineering needs some specialty technicians who study on medicine ,pharmacy, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, textual research of Chinese material medical to tackle key problems coordinately together . So , our Shen Nong Kang Yuan Institute Medical Research makes military academy of medical sciences as its backing ,and do some research and reveals the mechanism about old and feeble ,and clears up some elements about senile skin ,and works out some best forms of drug from two approaches of using externally and drink , and develop series dependable effect, safe and expedient new dynasty cosmetic health protection products to fit the desire of neoteric who seek health ,beauty and always young. Key words: old and feeble, free gene, theory of traditional Chinese medicine ,Kang Yuan sapphire protection skin series, cosmetology cosmetic health protection product. 健康、长寿、美丽是每一个人的美好愿望，秦始皇为寻找长生不老之药，曾派徐福下东洋，结果却是白费心机。在以科学为本的现代社会，人是不能长生不老的，而延年益寿、年轻美丽却是可行的。随着现代分子生物学的发展，人们认识到要以预防为主，重在保健是延续寿命、年轻美丽的通道。大家知道，汽车并非坏了才进厂修理，而是以公里为基数定期进行保养，方可保证其性能和延长其使用寿命。 谈到美容保健品的开发，不能不提及与美容息息相关的衰老学说。中医认为，人体是一个有机的整体，面容、皮肤、须发、五官、指甲是整体的一部分，这些部位的盛衰直接反映人体的健康状况，皮肤白嫩、面容红润是健康的标志，也是五脏六腑经络功能正常、气血充盈的表现，因此，皮肤不致枯黄、须发不白，五官、指甲光泽有神，因此，容颜的衰变是机体衰老的主要特征之一。那么引起衰老的原因是什么呢？中医认为，人类衰老与机体脏腑、气血功能有密切关系，其中脾肾功能最为重
