55例儿童哮喘与过敏源的相关性研究 　　【摘要】目的：对儿童哮喘与过敏源的相关性进行分析研究。方法：随机抽取2012年4月～2013年3月本院接诊的55例哮喘患儿作为研究对象，将其设为观察组，抽取同期来我院就诊的无过敏性疾病、呼吸系统疾病和家族遗传史的55例儿童设为对照组，对所有患儿进行过敏原检测，观察两组儿童致敏物的阳性率和血清总IgE水平。结果：观察组吸入性过敏原中以户尘螨、草蒿、烟曲霉交链孢霉居多，食入性过敏原中以牛奶、牛、羊肉、小麦以及鱼虾蟹居多，观察组儿童过敏原阳性者共计51例（92.7%），对照组5例（9.1%），二者比较差异显著（P0.05）；观察组儿童血清总IgE升高者52例（94.5%），对照组5例（9.1%），二者比较差异显著（P0.05）。结论：哮喘儿童对很多过敏原存在阳性反应，以吸入性过敏原居多，血清总IgE水平对临床诊断支气管哮喘具有一定的参考价值。 　　【关键词】过敏源；儿童哮喘；致敏物 　　Abstract： Objective To analyze the correlation between allergens and bronchial asthma in children. Method A total of 55 cases of children with bronchial asthma， who were enrolled in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013， were subjected to allergy testing， with another 55 children who were without allergic diseases， respiratory diseases and family history of these diseases used as control. The positive rate and total serum IgE level were detected in both groups of children. Results For the children with bronchial asthma group， there are several series of allergens： 1） inhalant allergens， mainly included house dust mite， estragole， Alternaria mold， and Aspergillus fumigates. 2） food allergens， mainly included milk， beef， mutton， wheat， and fish-prawn-crab. There are a total of 51 positive cases （92.7%） in the children with bronchial asthma group， whereas only 5 cases （9.1%） in the control group， and the difference is significant （P0.05）； there are a total of 52 positive cases （94.5%） in the children with bronchial asthma group， whereas only 5 cases （9.1%） in the control group， and the difference is significant （P0.05）observe the group of children with elevated total serum IgE in 52 cases （ 94.5% ） ， five cases in the control group （ 9.1% ） ， both significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion Children with asthma allergens have positive reactions to many allergens， particularly inhaled ones. Besides， the total serum IgE level has a certain reference value for the clinical diagnosis of bronchial asthma. 　　Keywords： allergen； childhood with bronchial a
