西南科技大学城市学院 本科毕业设计（论文）关于养老产业发展战略与金融支持对策的研究About pension industry development strategies and strategies of financial support院系名称经济管理系专业班级财务1207班学生姓名罗紫屹学号201241690指导教师张健 二〇一六年 五月关于养老产业发展战略与金融支持对策的研究摘要: 随着我国经济发展的转型和人口结构的变化，传统的家庭养老以及政府事业养老日益难以担负起沉重的养老服务压力。养老服务市场化，依托市场全方位提供养老服务势必成为战略选择。我国老年人口规模大、近年来增速快。2015年末，老年人口将超过2亿人，到本世纪40年代末，老年人口将超过4亿人。可以预见养老产业将成为我国未来20年增长和发展潜力最大的产业之一。“十二五”规划纲要明确提出，国家要积极应对人口老龄化，优先发展社会养老服务，培育壮大老龄服务事业和产业。养老不仅关系国家的产业规划和经济发展，关系个人和家庭，更关乎整个社会和谐稳定。大力发展社会养老服务既有助于我国产业结构的转型升级，扩大就业领域、缓解就业压力，又能减轻政府的社会保障负担和家庭养老负担，提高社会福利和效率。本研究紧跟国家政策导向，我国养老产业发展提供政策，并根据养老产业面临的资金瓶颈问题，设计融资模式，提出针对性政策建议。 关键词：养老产业；发展战略；金融支持About pension industry development strategies and strategies of financial supportAbstract： With the transformation of economic development and the change of population structure, the traditional family endowment and government enterprise pension is increasingly difficult to shoulder the heavy endowment service pressure. Pension services market, relying on the market is bound to become a strategic choice for pension to provide comprehensive service. Chinas aging population scale, faster in recent years. Aging population will be at the end of 2015, more than 2015 people, the century 40 s, aging population will exceed 400 million people. Predictably pension industry will become the future 20 years one of the biggest industries in the growth and development potential. Specifically, the 12th five-year plan for countries to actively deal with an ageing population, priority to the development of social endowment service, to expand old-age service business and industry. Pension not only national industrial planning and economic development, the relationship between individuals and families, and more about the whole social harmony and stability. Vigorously develop social endowment service both contribute to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in our country, expand employment, alleviate the employment pressure, and can reduce the burden of social security
