福建省立医院金山院区科研楼给排水设计 福州大学 土木工程学院 给水排水工程 马世斌 指导教师：刘德明 副教授 摘 要：随着我国经济建设的快速发展，人民生活水平的提高，城市中越来越多地出现高层建筑，而且高层建筑所占的比例也越来越大。人们对高层建筑的要求不断提高，特别是对给排水的设计，不仅要求经济实用，而且要求美观大方。 本次设计由一座八层科研楼及地下室组成。设计范围包括：建筑给水系统,消防给水系统、污废水系统。给水系统采用分区供水，一到三层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。四层到八层为高区，采用上行下给的供水方式，由地下车库的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱，再由高位水箱向高区管网供水；排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，底层单独排水，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。地下室消防泵房内设喷淋泵二台（一用一备），水喷雾泵与喷淋泵合用。 我们按照相关设计规范的要求，结合工程实际，整体规划，合理布局，使设计更加符合适用、安全、卫生、经济等要求。 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of our countrys economic construction, peoples living standard improved, more and more high-rise buildings appear in cities, and the proportion of high-rise buildings is growing. The requirements of the people on high-rise buildings continue to improve, especially for the design of the water supply and drainage, it requires not only economical, but also beautiful and easy. This design includes one eight-layer research building and the basement. The design scope includes: building water supply system, fire water supply system, and waste water system. Water supply system uses zoning water supply, one to three layer being low area is supplied by the municipal pipe directly. Four to eight layer being high area, selects water supply method which water pump in the underground garage elevates water to the roof of the high water tank, again by high water tank to high area water supply pipe network; The drainage system uses sewage, waste separate system, the first floor drains water alone, drainage stand pipe set out only top ventilation tube, sewage is treated by the septic tank back again to the municipal sewage pipe network; Fire prevention system is designed to fire hydrant extinguishing system, 10 min of early fire water is supplied by fire water tank, normal water is supplied by fire pump from the cistern.
