CRP在急性胰腺炎诊断中的临床价值 刘 真 （四川什邡市人民医院消化科 618400） 【摘要】 目的 对CRP在急性胰腺炎诊断及病情评估的价值研究。方法将150例急性胰腺炎分成轻、重二组， 在入院后第1、3、5、7、9天检测CRP水平，动态观察，并进行分析比较。结果 所有AP患者入院后CRP均增高，SAP组血清CRP平均水平达106±15mg/L显著高于MAP组的21±7mg/L。重症与轻症组之间患者血清CRP水平差异有高度显著性（P＜0.01）。结论CRP可作为AP早期诊断及SAP严重程度评估及预后判断的指标，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】? 胰腺炎； C反应蛋白； 临床价值 CRP in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis Value Liuzhen RuanHui(Sichuan Shifang Peoples Hospital of Gastroenterology618400) 【Abstract】 Objective Pairs of CRP in acute pancreatitis diagnosis and disease evaluation of the value of research.
