潮阳区金灶波头小学2013—2014学年度 第二学期学校工作总结 2014年7月12日 潮阳区金灶波头小学2013—2014学年度 第二学期学校工作总结 本学期，我校以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的“十八大”会议精神，全面落实科学发展观，以深入实施素质教育为目标，以创建“教育强镇”为契机， 四、大队部活动多彩丰富。 我校少先队活动总是坚持四个原则：民主的队干部选举、独立的队活动设计、自己坚守的队阵地、自己管理的队组织。在这四个原则的指导下，队员们的想象力得以充分发挥，队员们的自主意识得以充分体现。孩子们自己竞选队长队干，发表演说，充分认识自己、表现自我。利用节假日开展一些丰富多彩的队活动，使队员过得更有意义，活泼健康的成长，轻松愉快的学习。充丰发挥了队员的主观能动性，给了队员自我展现的机会和自我教育的舞台。 五、坚持做好常规性工作。 为了使学校工作日常化、规范化、制度化，我校从教育、教学、教师、学生等方面共制定了四项管理制度。主要有：教职工考核制度、学生安全管理制度、教学常规管理及教师奖惩制度、校园行为“十不准”，并签定了各项责任书。实行分层管理，校领导抓教导处，教导处抓教研组，教研组抓课题研究、抓学科教学，教师全员参与管理，每位教师都有兼职工作。学生卫生实行四赛评比，教师备课、上课、布置和批改作业、辅导、考试和考查，都要有一定的标准。 六、严格收入和收费管理。学校严格按照财政部门的规定，实施收支两条线管理。学校的所有收入均按规定及时足额纳入单位正式帐簿统一核算。学校财务监管小组每学期对学校收费和收入进行一次全面审查，无小金库现象。 Opinions and suggestions on the partys mass line educational practiceAccording to the central and provincial, municipal unified deployment, according to municipal Party committee about carrying out the partys mass line educational practice activity in the citys implementation opinions, the spirit of the partys mass line educational practice activities from 20** in January to 99 months, carried out at all levels of departments and directly affiliated institutions and grass-roots party organizations.
