指导思想
强化质量意识。教学质量是学校发展的重要标志,只有每位教师的高质量才有学校的高质量。正确认识素质教育的内涵,树立高度的教书育人的责任感。以“教好教会,学好学会”为教与学的目标,努力提高每位教师的“高效+特色”课堂教学质量,使我校的教育教学质量有一个新的飞跃。
一、德育为先,以情施教
实施教育教学活动要坚持德育为先的原则,继续发扬根据学科特点适时进行德育教育的优良传统,德育教育与学科知识教学有机结合,在“三维目标”中要有充分体现;要爱生如子,以情施教,做学生的良师益友,使学生亲其师,更信其道。教师要以自己的高尚人格影响学生,教学生做人,使学生成长为合格的祖国建设人才。
二、加强学习,丰富内涵
扎扎实实学习并践行教育理论和教育教学的先进经验,努力提高教师的理论涵养和实践能力;加强新课标的学习,更新教育思想,提升教育理念,掌握本学科的科学的教学方法,提高教学效率;学习借鉴教育名家的先进理念及成功经验,为提高课堂教学效率打下坚实的理论基础。
三、抓好教学常规管理,促进教师自主发展。
教学工作是学校管理的核心,其中教学质量又是教学工作管理的出发点和归宿,实施严格、有效、科学的教学管理,是进一步提高教育教学质量、提高办学水平的关键。
