肝内胆管结石并肝内胆管癌组织中HSP27和Caspase-9的表达及与凋亡的关系 【摘要】目的：探讨肝内胆管结石并肝内胆管癌组织中HSP27和Caspase-9的表达及与凋 亡的关系。方法：选取我院于2010年10月至2013年10月间收集的病例资料和手术切除标本60例作为研究对象，并将其分为三组，A组正常胆管组12例，B组肝内胆管结石组28例，C组肝内胆管结石并肝内胆管癌组20例。通过免疫组织化学法分别对三组的HSP27与Caspase-9 的表达情况进行检测，并研究分析HSP27和Caspase-9与细胞凋亡之间的关系。结果：三组标本的HSP27和Caspase-9的表达阳性率分别为0、32.14%（9/28）和75.00%（15/20），C组明显高于其他两组(P0.05)，肝内胆管结石并肝内胆管癌组织中，HSP27和Caspase-9的表达呈负相关关系（r=-0.378，P=0.020）；三组的凋亡指数（apoptosis index，AI）分别为12.65±2.16%、14.26±3.77%、3.68±2.71%，A、B两组的 AI值明显高于C组P＜0.05）结论： HSP27的高表达或 Caspase-9的低表达都更容易造成淋巴结转移或门静脉浸润的现象，Hsp27能够通过抑制Caspase-9的活性从而抑制细胞凋亡。 【关键词】肝内胆管结石；肝内胆管癌组织；表达与凋亡 Expression of HSP27 and Caspase-9 and its relationship to apoptosis in hepatolithiasis associated intrahepatic [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression of HSP27 and Caspase-9 and its relationship to apoptosis in hepatolithiasis associated intrahepatic. Methods: The clinical data of 60 cases between October 2010 to October 2013 was analyzed in our hospital, and the 60 cases were divided into three groups, A group:normal bile duct group (12 cases), group B:liver group with bile duct stones (28 cases ), group C:group with intrahepatic bile duct stones intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (20 cases ).
