青少年竞技体育后备人才发展困境与培养策略研究王静1，李恩荆1.2，章进3（1.华中师范大学体育学院， 湖北 武汉 430079；2.湖南师范大学体育学院，湖南 长沙 410000；3.湖北省体育局，湖北 武汉 430070）摘 要：青少年竞技体育的发展关键在于青少年竞技体育后备人才的培养，教练员队伍的建设，并直接关系到竞技体育发展的整体实力，以及可持续发展。运用文献资料、逻辑分析以及归纳总结研究方法，得出影响青少年竞技体育后备人才发展的因素包括学训矛盾，培养目标过于单一，教练员队伍的构成不够合理化，资金问题等等，并提出相应的培养策略：加强“体教结合”理念，倡导“以人为本”的理念，完善运动员的社会保障等，为进一步的促进我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供理论参考。关键词：青少年；竞技体育；后备人才；培养A Research Review on the present development dilemma and Cultivation strategy of the teenage sports reserve talentsWang Jing1,Li Enjing1.2,Zhang Jin3（1.P.E Department of Central China Normal University,Wuhan Hubei 430079;2.P.E Department of Hunan Normal University,Hunan Changsha 410000;3.Hubei Province Sports Bureau,Hubei Wuhan 430079 ）Abstract: The key to development of the teenage sports lies in the cultivation of reserve sports talents, the construction of the coaches ,and directly related to overall strength and sustainable development of competitive sports. By means of documentary, logical analysis and inductive summary, the conclusion which include impact the development of teenage sports reserve talents, learning and training, the fostering goal is too simple, the constitute of the coach is not rationalization, financial matter and so on, and putforwad the corresponding training strategy. To strengthen the concept of combination of sports and education, advocate concept of people-oriented, improve the social security of athletes and so on.
